3 disciplines over the course of one 16 hour day – Steps ascending and descending (5 hours), Indoor rowing (5 hours), Spin biking (3 hours).
I was forced to retire from challenge 2 hours from completion of the intended 5 hours on the spin bike due to chronic dehydration and sickness.
